Bring PRODICTA to your customers
If you already sit between employers and the people they hire, PRODICTA is the evidence layer you can put underneath it. Embedded in your product, or delivered inside the programmes you run.
Talk to usThree ways partners use it
Most partnerships start as one of these and end up somewhere between two of them.
RPO and talent partners
Build behavioural evidence into the hiring programmes you already deliver.
- Add role-generated assessment to a programme you already run, without changing how you source or how the client hires.
- Give the client evidence of how a shortlist actually approached the work, not just who you put forward.
- Run it under your own process and your own reporting cadence.
ATS and HR platforms
Add role-generated assessment and Sift capability to your existing product.
- Assessments generated from the job description already in your system, so nothing new has to be authored.
- Sift for high-volume roles, and deeper assessment where the decision warrants it. Neither depends on the other.
- Results returned as structured evidence you can render inside your own candidate view.
Recruitment networks and partners
Give your customers access to PRODICTA through an embedded or white-label model.
- Offer it as part of your own proposition, under your brand or ours.
- One agreement covering your members, rather than each of them contracting separately.
- Commercials set per partnership. We would rather talk about your model than publish one.
How a partnership works
We start from your customers, not our product
What are they hiring for, at what volume, and where in that process does the decision go wrong today? That determines whether Sift, deeper assessment, or both are worth embedding, and it is a shorter conversation than a demo.
Assessments are generated from the role
Nothing comes from a test library, so there is no catalogue to map and no per-role setup for you to maintain. A job description your customer has already written is the input.
Embedded or white-label
Embedded keeps PRODICTA visible to the end customer. White-label does not. Both return the same evidence, and which one fits is usually a question about your brand rather than about the integration.
Evidence comes back structured
A capability score against the role, strengths and watch-outs traced to what the candidate actually did, and interview questions written from their own answers. You decide how much of it your customers see and where.
What to ask us in the first call
How far along is the integration story?
Be direct with us about what your platform needs and we will be direct about what exists today versus what would be built for you. That answer changes month to month, so it belongs in a conversation rather than on a page that will date.
What does it cost a partner?
Partner commercials are set per partnership and depend on volume, the model, and who carries the customer relationship. There is no partner price list, and inventing one here would not survive the first real conversation.
Who owns the candidate relationship?
You do, in every model. PRODICTA does not market to candidates assessed through a partner, and white-label means the candidate never sees us at all.
What happens to the evidence?
It belongs to the employer making the decision. Assessments are role-specific and generated per hire, so there is no shared candidate database being built across partners.
Tell us who your customers are
A sentence on what they hire for and where it goes wrong is enough to start. We will tell you honestly whether there is a partnership here.
