Use your monthly plan flexibly across Sift and assessments. Different assessment depths use different amounts of your monthly usage, and we always show you what something will use before you confirm it.
Your monthly usage resets in full each month. Unused amounts do not carry over.
Run out mid month? If you have £10 of usage left and want a £20 assessment, you pay the £10 difference by card when you send it and carry on. No upgrade, no interruption.
Three things you can add to an assessment. None of them replaces one.
Reactive Video, £15 per candidate. The candidate answers on camera in a single unbroken take. Partway through, while they are still speaking, something in the situation changes. They deal with it there and then, with no time to prepare and no second take. You see how someone handles a development, rather than how they handle a question they had time to compose. What they had already said and how they responded to the change are read separately. Requires video: the candidate needs a working camera and microphone.
Immersive Workspace, £25 per role. Extended scenarios that arrive with the material the situation would really come with. Competing demands surface together and the candidate has to decide what comes first. You see how someone reasons when the role is busy, not only when it is complicated. Charged once for the role, however many candidates you send it to. Included with the deepest assessment.
Highlight Reel, Included with every plan. A sixty second visual summary of how a candidate performed, in your dashboard.
