You provide the role details. PRODICTA reads them and builds Job DNA: a profile of what success in that role looks like, the pressures involved and the decisions that matter. From that it generates tailored work scenarios the candidate completes as if already in the job, facing real situations rather than hypothetical interview questions. PRODICTA then produces a clear report: strengths, watch-outs, how they handle pressure, and what their first 90 days are likely to look like.

Why it's different
PRODICTA is not an applicant tracking system, a personality test, or recruitment software. Personality tests measure what a candidate says about themselves through self-reported answers that are easy to game; PRODICTA measures what they actually do, with no right answer to memorise. It assesses real work, not personality traits or keywords, and every score is backed by a direct quote from the candidate as evidence.
